About Stakes and Salvation

Welcome to Stakes and Salvation, a comprehensive encyclopedia of the world inhabited by Buffy, Angel, Fray, Faith, Willow, Clem - better known as the Buffyverse, or Slayerverse, or Angelverse, or Clemverse. Either way, this site has information on it.

The encyclopedia itself took a little over a year and a half to complete. A year and a half complete with proofreading, typos, mass grammar errors (apostrophes, hate them), continuity errors, plot holes (Lindsey and Beljoxa's Eye, you know who you are), cursing, frustration being taken out on loved ones and non-loved ones equally, and all other kinds of problems I didn't anticipate when I chose to undertake this project in a moment of poor judgment. I was probably also slightly crazed in 2005. Whether doing this made me crazed or I did this because I was crazed, I don't know. Craziness was definitely involved though.

I do intend to update this and keep it current, not only with corrections that I will no doubt be inundated with but also with entries for the possible DVD movie featuring Spike and the post-season 7 comic coming out in late 2006 and written by Joss Whedon. I won't be updating with comics published by IDW as of yet as so far they're not as canonical as I would like and they may be disregarded with future projects by Joss.
